Desktop shortcut?

Can I make a desktop shortcut so I won't be having to open the terminal every time I want to run SweetHome3D?

Re: Desktop shortcut?

You can view SweetHome3D file content : it is just a command that should be run inside SweetHome3D-1.1 directory.
Maybe, renaming it as SweetHome3D.sh should make it double-clickable.

Which system are you using ?

P.S. I renamed SweetHome3D like you said but that did not work.

Re: Desktop shortcut?

In Konqueror, try Create New File->Link To Application...

Re: Desktop shortcut?

ok, I finally got that to work. I had forgotten about the ' that should surround the path.
I also had to put the path in the work path area.
Thanks!!

Re: Desktop shortcut?

Why plenty of "Help" messages from sweet home 3D users appeared on my mailbox?!
I'm not the person who created this software!
So HELP! my mailbox is full of messages I'm not concerned with!
